What is Collaborative Leadership (School Leadership)

The call to collaborative ministry is a call to personal and communal conversion. Collaboration is not easy. It requires a radical letting go. It exemplifies the process of death - resurrection: Collaborative ministry begins from a fundamental desire to work together because we are called by the Lord to be a company of disciples, not isolated individuals. It grows through a mutual process of conversion and formation.

The Basin & the Towel (Student Leadership)

Anyone who knows the stories of Jesus' life and ministry know something about his leadership style. Starting at the very beginning of his public works, he called others to leadership. Within three years, he changed ordinary people into people who could change the world. If we follow Jesus' example, we too will be able to develop leadership in others, and they in turn will be able to live out their call to discipleship.
